Mustafa Aijaz

Co-Founder & Managing Director, XMP Dubai

Mustafa Aijaz is a seasoned result-oriented entrepreneur with over 17 years of experience in sales and marketing, especially within strategy, business development, and team leadership.

He is Co-Founder & Managing Director of XMP Dubai, where he also leads research & development efforts, shapes sales and marketing strategy, and mentors teams to drive growth and performance.
