Mustafa Aijaz is an experienced, results-driven entrepreneur with more than 17 years of expertise in sales, marketing strategy, business development, and leadership within the experiential marketing and event technology industry.

He is the Co-Founder and Managing Director of XMP Dubai, where he leads research and development, shapes the company's experiential marketing strategy, and mentors teams to deliver innovative event technology solutions and drive business growth.

Recognised for his positive leadership approach and hands-on management style, he fosters a collaborative environment that encourages creativity, innovation, and continuous improvement.
